Billing

When you subscribe, your card is charged automatically at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout. Renewal orders are billed and shipped on the same day each month as your first order, unless you change your schedule from your customer portal.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every subscription shipment. Orders ship 1–5 business days after billing, with delivery typically within a week for US customers.

Skip, pause, or cancel

You're in full control of your subscription at all times — no fees, no phone calls required. From your customer portal you can:

• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Pause your subscription indefinitely
• Change your delivery frequency
• Cancel entirely, effective immediately

To cancel or make changes, log in to your account and visit "Manage Subscriptions," or email us and we'll take care of it within one business day.

Our guarantee

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first shipment of a new subscription. If you're not sleeping more comfortably within 30 days, contact us for a full refund — bottle empty or not. The guarantee does not apply to subsequent recurring shipments, which are covered by our standard return policy.
