Every order is fulfilled by our manufacturing and logistics partner from a US-based facility. Here's what to expect from checkout to your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and most of Europe and Asia-Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, and select countries throughout the EU and beyond.
Processing & delivery time

Most US customers receive their order within a week of placing it. International orders may see additional delays due to customs clearance, and international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

Returns & Guarantee
Try Reminox risk-free for 30 days. If you're not sleeping more comfortably through the night, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — bottle empty or not, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email us within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number.
- No need to return the bottle, empty or otherwise.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused, changed, or canceled at any time from your customer portal, with no cancellation fee. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first shipment of a new subscription.
